Peg step stool

This low peg stool by Moebe is ideal as a step or as a child's stool. Just like the peg stool and the peg bench, the step stool is formed from two halves which are joined by pegs in the middle. The pegs hold the two halves together and create a handy slot down the centre, making it easy to move the stool around with a single hand. Up to three stools can be stacked together.

Moebe is a Scandinavian design brand based in Copenhagen, founded by cabinet maker Anders Thams and architects Nicholas Oldroyd and Martin D. Christensen. They like to keep things simple. Reducing their designs to the most simple forms which results in functional, intuitive products.
