If you choose a darker shade of linen like cinnamon or olive we advice you to request a lining. Do you like your bedroom to be dark? Opt for a dim-out lining that blocks more than 90% of the light.

Linen is 100% natural and incredibly comfortable. Cool in summer and warm in winter. The more you use it, the softer it gets. Linen fabric is made from flax, Linum Usitatissimum. It is the only plant textile fibre that originates from Europe. From farming and harvesting, to weaving and finishing, linen fabric is one of the most environmentally friendly fibers in the world. It can’t be relocated and needs the Atlantic sea climate to grow. Flax doesn’t need any irrigation or pesticides and is a true carbon well. Everything from the flax plant is used; the seeds in bread and for linseed oil, the fibers for linen, ropes, paper and insulation materials.

There are two ways to fit your roman blinds, on the wall (outside roman blinds) or inside the window frame (inside roman blinds).

Outside roman blinds:
1. Measure the width you would like your roman blind to be.
2. Measure the height from where you would like your roman blind to be. Please note that you need to have at least 5 cm above the window frame to allow for the headrail to be fixed.
3. Measure the distance from the top of your blind to the floor. This is called fitting height. We need to know this to decide on the length of the chain drop.

Inside roman blinds
1. Measure the width of the inside of your window frame and deduct 1 cm to ensure your blind can operate smoothly and fits within the frame.
2. Measure the height of the inside of your window frame the top to the sill. Deduct 1 cm of the this height.
3. Measure the distance from the top of your blind to the floor. This is called fitting height. We need to know this to decide on the length of the chain drop.
