Keramist en bekroond ontwerper Sue Pryke maakt haar keramiek in een kleine, lokale pottenbakkerij in Nottinghamshire, Engeland. Voor de terracotta mokken en theepot wordt de klei op hoge temperatuur gebakken totdat het niet meer poreus is. En vervolgens gepolijst voor een matte afwerking. Sue Pryke begon haar keramiek opleiding in een klein atelier in Lincolnshire, waar ze alles over keramiek leerde.
