Hem bed frame

The Hem Bed Frame is a timeless centrepiece for the bedroom. Designed by Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze of Studio 0405, the bed follows an architectural principle of stacking, showcasing the natural layering and rhythm of the wood. Each frame is handcrafted from solid red oak, with unique grains and knots that tell a quiet story of nature. With its refined form and honest materials, the Hem Bed Frame brings warmth, calm, and lasting quality to any space.

Based in the small Danish town Ry, RYE is a design brand creating bed frames using locally sourced materials. Their designs anchor the senses and encourage rest. Inspired by analog living, RYE incorporates a thoughtfully sourced and selected array of natural materials to build an expression of sculptural design and tactile depth.

The bed frames include a slatted base made from solid pine.
