Tax free shipping
If you live outside the European Union we offer tax free shipping. All product prices are shown inclusive Dutch VAT. When you place your order the 21% Dutch VAT will be deducted from the total costs. Please keep in mind that outside of Europe you will be charged for local VAT and import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.

Can I pick up my order?
You are more than welcome to come and pick up your order at our studio at Koesteeg 9 in Dalfsen. When picking up your order, no delivery charges will be charged.
How quickly do I receive my order?
After transfer of the payment your order will usually be send within 48 hours. For custom made orders we will let you know what the delivery date will be. Most orders are delivered by Myparcel or DHL. MyParcel aims to deliver orders within the Netherlands the next working day. Delivery of international orders can take up to 15 working days, depending on the location and carrier.
Can I return an order?
You can return your order within two weeks after your purchase. Please mail us your request and use the order number as your reference. Please send the undamaged product in its original packaging to our company address and we will return the full amount (except the shipping costs) after we have received it in good order. Please note that you cannot return furniture, rugs and custom made articles.
By Mölle uses coupon codes that can be used in the webshop. You can enter your code in the allocated field that you will find in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.
What payment providers do you use?
Secure online payments can be done with iDEAL, creditcard, Sofort, Bancontact and Paypal.
When you complete your order you will be directed to our payment provider Mollie. This is a secure online payment provider.
When you choose iDEAL for your payment you will be directed to the website of your bank, where you can complete the transfer.
When you want to use your creditcard, you can choose Paypal, our online payment provider for creditcards. You can use Visa, Mastercard en American Express. For creditcard payments both 3D-Secure (Verified By Visa) and a Fraude-detectionmodule (FDM) are active.
PayPal is a worldwide online payment provider that you can use in combination with a creditcard. You need to open a Paypal account before you can start using this provider.

All prices of products and prices published on the website are including local VAT. Costs of shipping are stated separately.
