After receiving payment, your order will usually ship within 1–2 business days. All our bed and table linens are made to order in our studio. The delivery time for these products is approximately 3 weeks.

Most orders are shipped via DPD, which aims to deliver within one business day within the Netherlands. If you order products with different delivery times, we will ship as soon as the order is complete. Partial deliveries are possible, please contact us at +31 529 466 965 or hello@bymolle.com.

You're welcome to collect your order from our studio in Dalfsen. Simply select "pick up" during checkout. This way, we won't charge any shipping costs.

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after receiving it, via this page. Please wrap the undamaged and unused product in its original packaging. We will take care of the refund or exchange after we have received your return in good order.

Please note that you cannot return furniture, rugs and custom made articles.
