The cabin is completely off grid thanks to the latest techniques and comfortably furnished with ecological, natural materials from the By Mölle collection. In the evening you dream away in a spacious double bed with soft By Mölle linens, an ecological duvet and natural mattress. The cabin is made from FSC certified Northern European pine wood and insulated with flax. The electricity for lighting and electric cooking is generated by solar panels and we have a private water system for a hot shower and toilet. The waste water ends up in the septic tank so that it does not end up directly in nature. Through large windows at the front, the panoramic view outside comes fully inside.

the making of the Pine cabin
The first steps have been made and this is where the Pine cabin will be placed. So excited it is all happening now. Surrounded by nature, with wild flowers and beautiful views. After years of development, the off grid design is completely sustainable and pop-up. If we move the cabin, no trace will be left.
The base of the new cabin, pop-up so we can place it wherever we want to go.
The raw, untreated planks change into an extremely strong, undulating cladding during a very eco-friendly process. Due to the heat of steam the wood cell structure changes to reduce the size of the planks and increase the strength and longevity.
It is all happening, the outside walls have been placed, and the pine cladding is looking beautiful.
Flax to insulate the roof. Breathable, eco-friendly and healthy.
The windows are in! The cabin as a view on meadows and the Lemelerberg, so peaceful.
Selecting beautiful natural materials.
Working hard to get all the walls plastered, it’s starting to feel like a real home now.
Last but not least, the veranda is places all around the cabin. Plenty of space to enjoy outdoor living.
