Peg bench

The peg bench by Moebe works well in any setting. The narrow shape makes the bench ideal in compact hallways and tight entrances. Just like the peg step stool and the peg stool, the bench is formed from two halves which are joined by pegs in the middle. The pegs hold the two halves together and create a handy slot down the centre making it easy to move the bench around with a single hand.

Moebe is a Scandinavian design brand based in Copenhagen, founded by cabinet maker Anders Thams and architects Nicholas Oldroyd and Martin D. Christensen. They like to keep things simple. Reducing their designs to the most simple forms which results in functional, intuitive products.
